Maya took a nice nap when we arrived, and then we foolishly attempted to go out to an early dinner. Maya wasn't having it, so mom and grandma took their dinners to go and got Maya down to bed. She was MUCH happier in the morning.
Hanging out with Grandma early in the morning while the boys slept was one of her favorite activities. Grandma had all sorts of cool toys and books! The wipes package was pretty neat, too.
We decided to take Maya on her first sled ride! We had to get all bundled up first, though. It was very cold in East Aurora.
There's a smile under that pacifier.
We couldn't tell if she liked being in the sled, or if she was just putting up with it.
The park was beautiful!

Maya got a little fussy at the end of the ride so we switched to the carrier as we looked at some of the sheep and llamas before heading out to lunch.
Our lunch spot was perfect. We had yummy soup and sandwiches and hot drinks to warm up. Oh yeah, and everyone gazed at Maya while munching.
After a nice nap, Grandma made us dinner. Mom used the Ergo to keep away the evening fussies.
Maya got to experience a high chair for the first time. But not just any high chair - a vintage one! She loved having all her toys within her reach and promptly dropped them all on the floor one by one.

Then she got ready for a nice bath in the kitchen sink.

Sunday we walked into town and checked out a great toy store, where Maya (and mom and dad!) got some new books. We also went to Vidler's. We could have spent all day there!! Maya got some more new books. Maya slept a lot of the time in the Ergo, so after our outing we decided to grab some lunch out.
Maya took it all in and did well being out for so long.
Our trip home Tuesday was very nice. Jet Blue is our new favorite airline, due to the crazy amount of leg room for daddy, the TVs, and because they gave us all three seats in our row instead of just the two we paid for. We can't wait to come out again!
